I would note in your comments about colour scheme and typeface.
There are scenarios where a Serif font would be more appropriate. Mostly in trying to look more official vs. looking more friendly. Serif fonts indicate “an authoritive look” and a San-serif font is “this guy is your pal”… as somebody who has been put in charge of teenagers — going with “this guy is your pal” as your default is a terrible horrible idea. Don’t have that as your only tool.
In the case with colour schemes… it is mostly just a few fringe scenarios — but in some cases “hard to determine colour schemes” are more useful to use. It however is only in a few fringe scenarios and almost never something done that often.
